Loyalty: Trade-Ins & Loans
Jewelry Trading
Up: One of the perks of purchasing jewelry at All That Glitters is
the ability to "trade-up". Unlike other stores where you have to spend
a sizable amount of money, even doubling your purchase, All That Glitters
allows you to trade-up for as little as $50 above your original receipt.
Trade-ins must be made at 50% of retail and you must present your
original receipt. This offer excludes hard goods & sale items stamped
"As-Is".
Loaning on Items
Purchased at All That Glitters: When you purchase a regularly priced
jewelry item at All That Glitters, you can bring it to loan for half
of the amount you paid for it. Jewelry must be accompanied by a receipt
& the person named on the receipt. This offer excludes hard goods
& sale items stamped "As-Is".
Return Policy
We stand behind
the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied,
bring in your receipt & your merchandise.
- Jewelry items
are given a 7 day money back guarantee in the same form of payment
made.
- After 7 days
(up to 30), you will receive in-store credit in the form of a gift
card.
- All other merchandise
is given a 30 day functional guarantee. You can exchange merchandise
or receive in-store credit.
- Clearance case
items are "As-Is", there is no refund, exchange, trading in or sizing
included.
All claims & goods
MUST be accompanied with an original receipt (Sales or Layaway).
Layaway Policy
The term of our
interest-free layaway policy is 90 Days.
Jewelry Purchases
: If you change your mind within the first seven days following the
date a jewelry item is put into layaway, you are entitled to received
a full refund of your deposit in the same payment method.
If you change
your mind after seven days following the date a jewelry item is put
into layaway, you will not receive a refund for the amount of the
down payment, but will be given in-store credit.
Non-Jewelry
Purchases : If, at any time during the 90 day Layaway period,
you change your mind regarding a Non-Jewelry layaway purchase, you
will not receive a cash refund, instead you will be given an in-store
credit for the amount of the down payment.
Please note: If
you do not complete payment of any item within the 90 day layaway
period, the item will be returned to the store inventory & the money
paid will be forfeited.
Stone Replacement
Guarantee Terms
Subject to 6 month
in-house inspections. Customer’s receipt must be presented at each
inspection.
The customer is
responsible for completing all maintenance suggested by All That Glitters
at the time of inspection. All That Glitters’ Stone Replacement Guarantee
is not in effect if the customer chooses not to maintain the jewelry.
This policy guarantees
loss of stones due to normal wear & does not cover abuse of jewelry.
(ie: banging of jewelry against hard surfaces.)
All That Glitters
is not responsible for items left over 90 days.
